Refund policy

We want you to love your HVILE silk. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS
You may return any unworn, unwashed item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return:
1. Email hello@hvileoslo.com with your order number
2. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours
3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label
4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the return

EXCHANGES
Need a different size or colour? Email us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free exchange. We'll ship the new item as soon as we receive your return.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately — no return required.

EXCEPTIONS
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale unless defective.

LATE RETURNS
Returns received after 30 days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we'll do our best to help.
