HVILE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accessing hvileoslo.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

GENERAL
These terms apply to all purchases made through hvileoslo.com. The contract is concluded with HVILE, Kristiansand, Norway.

PRODUCTS & PRICING
All products are subject to availability. Prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

ORDERS
Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasonable grounds. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

PAYMENT
We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not store card details.

SHIPPING
We ship to EU countries from our European warehouse. Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details and rates.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
30-day return policy on unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on hvileoslo.com — text, images, logos, design — is property of HVILE and protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HVILE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Norway.
